* To place an order please email: info@genevievemotley.co.za with the codes you would like to order or for any wedding related custom orders please email weddings@genevievemotley.co.za
*All payments are due within 7 days of receiving your invoice via email. Payments are to be made via EFT, proof of which is to be mailed to info@genevievemotley.co.za
*Delivery lead time will be advised once order has been confirmed but on average will be dispatched within two weeks of receiving payment.
* Shipping/courier costs are for your expense and will be added to your invoice.
EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY
* Exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Returned items must not have been worn and must have all tags/labels attached.
* Please note that custom made pieces may not be exchanged.
